"Awesome customer service, friendly staff and very knowledgeable... the lady on the phone was amazing, she set up service to come over within the next hour of my phone call. In less than half hour Kraig was at my house fixing my troubled AC unit. The price was extremely doable and my house is nice and cool again. Barrett and David arrived right on time. They explained the work they would do before starting and kept me ipdated throughout the day. There was an issue with the new furnace and they spent about an extra 2 hours fixing the issue rather than coming back another day. They hauled out all the packaging and old furnace parts, which I expected, and they vacuumed up all the mess they created. In fact, they even vacuumed up some of my mess (I felt a little guilty about that). So far, the furnace and air work great. I don't expect any issues. I am mot sure about value, compared to other systems or my old one. For me, it is important to be comfortable. If I am comfortable and the system operates smoothly I judge value over time.

They showed up on time and everyone was very friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and were very helpful. Jerry brought us filters and ran through the thermostat info with me again. He wore a mask and was very personable. I would definitely recommend Air Pro for whatever heating and cooling needs you have. They are very efficient and professional. A couple of issues came up and they took care of them quickly.

"These guys are great! It was a hot, HOT weekend and our heat-pump went kaput thus we lost our AC. All the heating & cooling businesses were obviously swamped as the forecast predicted temps 100+ for several days to come. I called so many I lost count and half didn't return my calls, when they did they wanted to put if off until Monday, even though I was willing to pay the extra cost for emergency service. The owner of Air Pro answered my call himself, on a Saturday afternoon! He took my info and said he would call his techs & let me know when they could get to my house. I should mention I live in Yacolt so I am WAY out of town. Within minutes he called back & said he could have a guy there by 9am the next day, A Sunday!"

They had some trouble with the original placement of the old system but where able to get ot figured out and finish the same day. Very professional and understanding of my young children running out downstairs. Barret was very thorough on explaining how to set up my thermostat to my phone.
